Couldn't you throw a now competitors motor on a cmm and find out exactly what they're doing to what?

The rcmax 50 gt can be used with a 54mm but it's really better to just upgrade to the 62mm. The 55, 65, 71, and 80 come with the 62mm clutch (and the 71 and 80 are eligible for a 110mm upgrade) .I think the limit is with bartolone and his 40cc reed case. Anything beyond that needs a bigger clutch
I have an OBR already but I don't think it would yield the result im looking for. I need a measurable failure point then I could tell whether or not they will work for my application. Probably will stick them on a lathe and see how fast I could grenade them at what RPM.Couldn't you throw a now competitors motor on a cmm and find out exactly what they're doing to what?
And slip like mad.A 54mm clutch won't immediately fail it will just wear out in one run
Uh YA its fekkin ChineseThere's a reason Alx rcmax aren't compatible with the zen clutches, they can't handle the power. Their 40-50cc engines are (rcmax) , but beyond that , those clutches are useless.
Rovan is cheap cuz they don't do any r&d or development. They just copy and paste with low quality meterial.

Yep Patents have an expiration date , for design patents its 11 yrs , I know to many of them paid for over the years.I'm gunna go on a @buzzkill left field haha wtf where did that come from moment here...
Im gunna jump in on this engine making and im gunna setup shop with this ..its also funny because i remember it from childhood and if you had the material you can use the oven to make molds of other stuffView attachment 67390
@Troopermaniac don't take it the wrong way its a haha funny and this is how I see rofun,cy,hy,rovan,km. And if im not mistaken patents hold an expiration date and once they expire then its free game to copy
THe first one had bad plug threads , they replaced it , then I want MORE POWER like everybody else , I figured no one so far put a Zen Ported top end on a Rovan bottom end and it worked just fine , so far so good and Cheap ! ,Thats what im getting at so I want to buy a Ford but the price is more than what I want to spend but China company X cloned the model I want to buy but goes by yofun at half the cost and is brand spanking new. Im gunna go with half the cost and is new but knowing it's China junk and can fail at any moment but its worth it because it's new and half the cost so I have money left over to keep it going and over look the fact that it was cheaply made.
@buzzkill why did you replace the head on your clone to begin with? Did the head go south on you? Lose compression? And why go with a zen head over a new rovan or whatever head? Because you knew what was gunna happen again?
I don't think that's the point. No name china stuff generally has a extremely low quality control. Bran name stuff generally has better quality control. Weather its made in china or not. I don't give a flying fek where something is made but generally I try to support made in usa, italy, britain, ect instead of china if there's the optiom but that's beside the point.THe first one had bad plug threads , they replaced it , then I want MORE POWER like everybody else , I figured no one so far put a Zen Ported top end on a Rovan bottom end and it worked just fine , so far so good and Cheap ! ,
I can afford what I want but I like engineering and messing with stuff , its way more fun for me ! I just act cheap LOL !
BTW Your PHONE ,. 40 % of ur car parts etc. etc. etc are made OFFSHORE so !
+1 ?Im not picking on anyone this was not my goal.
My rovan head lost compression pretty fast and the skirt of the cyl broke off into the engine. The rod play was also attrociousAnd he had a failure with this low quality head. Im not picking on anyone this was not my goal. Its to share failures of cheap China products
Sorry , I tagged you so that's why you got notified ?Where do I come in hear ? Anyways , I did the so goo n drywall tape reinforcement thing on my new 5t , wow ! That stuff is unbelievablely strong , so strong that I don't believe I can do any body trimmimig to fit the wheel wideners I've got , no way to cut that stuff without looking like I used a chainsaw ,,,, CRRRRRRAPP !!!
Many others too, not just him.@Relic-1 didn't you have a bad experience with TMR?
