I think that was the filter oil you were using wasnt proper for the filter, but theres 0 harm in trying out the paper filter.Negative on that. I had the uni, redneck dual filtration and a outer wears and dust still got in
?A season. I only do a clean once a season and this would be the 1st cleaning.Prefect thanks @crucialRC how old is that one? How do you clean it and I see the paper isn't as crisp as it when it was new. And @Seandonato73 your probably right I just haven't ordered any new oil yet ?
Dirt bike filters are made like that , oil them all the time@crucialRC that filter seems to do a fine job then if thats the case. Im curious how to run a redneck on it. Would I oil the redneck? I just wouldn't want the oil pulling onto the paper element and ruining it
I had a redneck for it when I bought it but wasn't a fan of it so just used the outerwears@crucialRC that filter seems to do a fine job then if thats the case. Im curious how to run a redneck on it. Would I oil the redneck? I just wouldn't want the oil pulling onto the paper element and ruining it
I use the uni stuff, works well for me ?Hm. Since the pj1 filter oil didn't work that well. What filter oil is good and tacky? Its a shame because even ddm sells pj1
+ it SMELLS way better !I use motul, more so because it was on sale when I ran out of whatever I had before. It's like molasses in January.
