I tried starting it again today and it isn't fuel it is something mechanical.I am thinking a carb or exhaust bolt is too long and the piston is hanging on it.I mean it is like the motor is seized. The motor hasn't even fired up so it can't be that. The carb and plug were off the motor today and the piston is dry and it still will not budge?
Take the bolts off and try. I don't think that is possible for the bolts to be too long and hand inside the motor because I don't think the holes go that deep.maybe a bad bearing or feked up piston to wall clearences??. I'd take it all apart and see what's up

Yeah I don't think so either but then again this is a King Motor but what really gets me confused is how it can spin really easy for 20 pulls then get stuck again.
Take it apart and see what's up. Even if you got it to spin over again , I wouldn't trust it. Probably blow up really quick. So save yourself some money (possibly) and take it apart and fix the problem. Parts are extremely cheap for those motors.
Or just buy a g320 ?

LOL....Quit pissin in the wind Z ,it would be quite easy for me to say that ,then it is easy to say repair point A & B
an your point C will be alright an good to go!...:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

well the motor is out and the exhaust is off but the motor looks to still be locked up.The clutch and flywheel look ok and bolted down nice and tight so none of those bolts are keeping it from spinning.I will look at the coil but I doubt it is that since it had a really strong spark when I checked it but like I said I will check it just to make sure

Knew it ?
Have you used a business card or something of that thickness to gap the coil from the flywheel?
You want the magnet of the flywheel facing the coil when you tighten it down, hopefully if your flywheel is out of true then the magnito part is the highest point.
Have at it??
This is it right here??
