Lookin good super, I have the same pipe, the power they make is insane. Did you have to drill out the mounting hole? Ah the sound is absolutely spectacular too.

Any thoughts after the first bash?

Hi Clubin...had to slightley file hole and that was all, only about a mm , hav'nt been out yet, but will let you know when i do.
Started it up with no problems and sounded good man, didnt sound like i will need to re tune but will see when i go out.

Hi DC...Have alot of plans for the truck, next i think will be front hydros with alloy uprights, third servo and alloy radio tray. More after that.

You will have to richen it up a little. Do that before you go richen the H about 1/2 turn then lean it a little from there. YOu will love the pipe.

Ok, now a little update guys, just ordered some parts from hobbytec:

1 Hitec 654 mg servo.

1 Mecatech hydraulic brake Expert set (single piston) like DC's

1 Carbon fibre RC-Plate

Also got some alloy uprights off ebay at a bargain price from King Cobra.

Well looking forward to getting the new bits and will update as and when they arrive.

Sweet, looking forward to seeing it in the flesh, any ETA Brad as I might sneak out this Sunday weather permitting? :)

Should be a couple of days mate, but am going to take my time on it and get it right first time , but you never know how things will go so hopefully mate, might have it ready for sunday..

Thanks for the comments Ducky, bigger the better and DC2.
I plan to upgrade to carbon where ever i can .
I really like the hydros, good stoping power, plus now i have the carbon tray the lay shaft brake is much stronger so all in all it is a good set up now and can stop the truck.

so super curious to see what you have been up to recently with your machine.

man how much did you pay for the crbon radio plate, that is sweet actually,i am going after one of those now super too...

so how do you find the hydros, mine are great.....even with all the weight.

Yeah , hydros are great DC...The carbon tray i got from Hobbytec mate.69 euros i think..
Will be updatting with some photos shortley..:)

have you ran it with hydros for a good while yeah?

it seems to me that they bed in better after some braking, mine are really hooking up now..... it seems the more you apply the brake the more effective it makes the pads to discs.

man the hydros are just sweet...

i love duckys set up the way one servo working the two cylinders....

Hi peeps...another update, some more up grades are 8x GPM shocks and some side mud guards plus an extra roll bar...see what you think guys.

sweet

super that is looking very good now, mudguards are a good idea as it is hard to keep them clean......i was half afraid to run mine with all the polishing i had done and all the alloy lol

i see you went for the same shocks as me,you are going to love them shocks they are excellent, they are very adjustable and you can set very hard or very soft,at the mo i have mine set at the rear very hard so wheelies are very easy with grip lol

looking very good super,nice updates.

Hey DC, i find the shock oil is very thin, so am going to get thicker, i think i will go for 4000 in the front and 6000 in the rear with purple spings the front and blue on the rear, same set up as the 4x4, don't know what oil the 4x4 uses in the shocks tho, thats just a guese.

I brought mud flaps from halfords and cut to shape, the were sparco ones, come in blue or red...
