Problem is trying to get your money back buy parting out. Only a select few items would get full value or better. 60-70% of the other stuff will go for 70% of retail or less

Yeah but 3x is a bit much, 32 + 13 (starting bid) is 45, don't think used tires are worth that much ??

That used to be a std on evilbay. The seller would sell his product for mega cheap, and then mark up the shipping and handling charges to make up for the cheap price. Not that I think this guy is necessarily doing that.
