So iv really had a gut full of my hostile boots getting chompped ?? was just finishing up reinstalling my drives when I had a redneck ?? wave??

I have 0 to lose cost X8 cable ties ?? pastic is 1mm and has flex..... I rekon my hostile boots will last a few more tanks now????

Damn I have a laser cutter make me a template and I'll find some material and make some , its just sitting there so why not ? hey measure the thickness please

Might have to go thinner I have a 50 watt CO2 laser , so maybe .5mm ?? gotta test it with some polyester ( face shield plastic ) poly cuts clean and has no BAD fumes !! lasers can produce really BAD fumes so material matters.

I need a template 1-1 size or basic numbers so I can CAD model it for the laser or 3d printers

If you just outline the part on a piece of paper and right down the lenght and width I can work out the other dimensions , take a Picture of the paper and send it to me or post it .

Re measured the plastic definitely 1mm i also neatened up the edges a bit could have been 10mm longer as they don't go all the way to the end of the arms? but as you can see I used what was available ??
