Vekta Vertigo top plate fitment

I purchased the vertigo transmission top plate but the stock brake post does not fit. Also realized the post doesn't fit in the back plate. Was there an upgraded post I should have purchased?

Not sure? Don't think so. Did you check with vertigo?
