decent list (y)

some of it isn't quite required...for example...gas gap?? That's just bling. Skid plates, servo horns and linkage...the kit will run under its own power without it. Even the braces aren't immediately needed IMO of course. To each their own.

Absolutely right but I like a bit of aluminum under the body.

The linkage I need that because of running single setup.

I fixed the list, and I think the kit comes with wheels as well, and the only reason I left the hitec servos is because they are currently the cheapest decent option. I personally would spring for savox, throttle/brake and (after a few others have gotten them) a hilly steering servo. I'm really not impressed with the hitec in my 5ive t, and when I have some extra cash will be tossing it in favor of the hilly servo.

I'd actually not get the speky set up, as the kit doesn't come with electronics either. And really all you need is a 3 channel to run the kill switch, I'll never understand why they reccomend a 4 channel set up.

I'm done with the savox sh!t talk. My (1) and 2 rebuild kits are going to ebay! I've got the case too I think. A full savox section on my board downstairs...all brand new just fix that one gear
I think you have the worst luck with servos of anyone I've ever seen. Even several of your hitec were goofy out of the box.
