I know it probably won't sell, but it's worth a shot ,i got 7 months, if someone offers me 1000 I'll take it. And i know this is over my pay grade, when i started the build it was Gunna be a basic 70, but as time wore on it escalated thinking "if it's Gunna take this long, why not go all out" and i went with high end stuff. Also what exactly do you mean "way above your head" ? Like money wise or understanding wise?Z, my personal opinion is disassemble the engine and part it out and just try to recoup some money. That engine is in NO way worth $1500 as it sits. Problem is it's a Fraken-motor that's never been run. And now a Fraken-motor that's never run with a stripped crank stub. That crank is basically junk. Not trying to insult you, but I too think you just need to say "I'm done". I'm by NO calling you and idiot, as you have truly gained a LOT of knowledge but this particular hybrid engine build is just way above your pay grade. Sometimes you just have to admit your in over your head. Just buy a cheap CY 36 for the short term and just play with it like I did to mine. My CY friggin RIPS with a crisp tune, and that DDM pipe. If you make a mistake on a CY engine it's NO big deal , replacement parts are SOOO cheap and plentiful ! After what you've been through you certainly deserve some fun success !!

Lol. Not yet. Gunna try a 50cc Strimmmer one from a stihl I think. And mark, don't come at me again with "yOu NeEd A DeCoMpResSiOn VaLvE zEe" cuz I FREAKING KNOW?? I need to change the head gasket (bottom most one) cuz i think it's leaking (no idea why) and I'm running too much squish, and when that happens I'll see how much the local machine shop will charge for the install, hopefully not too too much so Mark can hop off my peepee ?. Got till December till it snows so hopefully I can get going before then.Got a pull start?.....![]()
+$50 shipping from US. Their pull starts aren't that special, they have a decompression valve to take some load off, that's probably my primary reason I keep breaking pullstarts is I don't have a decompression valve, oh yeah and the pullstarts I've used are rovan crap ?
Yep your right. Waste of money imo, I already have a Alx pullstart case, I just need alx to respond with the part number for the starters spring they sell it themselves but I'm not about to pay $50 shipping from Italy for a damn spring. So eventually I wil assemble my fancy rebuild able alx pullstart case and be the coolest (not really ?) but for now decompression valve and cheaper pullstarts it is.Mmm we will wait a Very long time for Zed to drop €49 plus shipping and customs???
Not yet. Gotta find one and see pricing from a machine shop. Hopefully won't be too much.So you got a valve?
I know , no idea what I was thinkingLol....you painted a fuel tank ,an on top of that ,plastic?........![]()
I know , no idea what I was thinking
You can dye em black, I might do that with a new tank. And I used acetone to remove it, coulda used gas but I don't want my basement smelling like gas for the next week ?What did you use to clean the paint off ,gas?......
It would be cool if they made a black one though ,I had seen black tanks on weed eaters ,manufacture could make a
killing off an after market fuel tank by simply changing a color!....![]()
