It would do a great job of making thing rigidWhat if you get the side shields made in aluminum? I think they would help stiffen the chassis if they were aluminum.

Yeah better than just a flat piece of aluminum chassis. The raised sides would stiffen the chassis. Just a thought. I'm surprised an aftermarket company like Vertigo or something hasn't thought of the idea yet.It would do a great job of making thing rigid

Looking good!completed my obr block swop added a copper exhaust port gasket put in my new billet carb manifold
had to cut the bolts that hold the carb on shorter by 5mm now im all ready for my chassis wich should be here mid next week

so easy with obr/tr block wouldnt be as easy with the zen block butLove the mesh.
Yeah cause it's a flat surface. I tried on my 34cc and I gave up because of the contours. Would need a quick drying adhesive to properly do it.so easy with obr/tr block wouldnt be as easy with the zen block but
