I did the old double nut trick! Worked perfectly!

She’s all ready to drop in!
Right only really clicking now about your question/issue ? the mounting post on your head has been grounded off...... must have done that when red arrow trimmed the fins  you should put a coil spacer against the head it will stop the shroud from melting??
Just looking at some ddm pics of your motor  this is the back end . Can see where the coil bolts on... and where they stopped grinding.(y) if you look closely looks like the crank seal was in when the sprayed the block........(y) was yours a complete motor or just the block? Did you see your seals?

Mine was a complete motor except for clutch housing.. no paint in that area on mine just on the outside ?

Killer deal :unsure: how much if you don't mind?

Got the complete engine minus clutch housing for what DDM sells the long block.. ?..

Just got my pipe fitted.. wow... she’s super close to the body...?

Getting closer!

Is that the victory rc pipe?

Yep sure is!

Now other than trimming and painting the body she’s finally complete and ready to fire up! Can’t wait! ? maybe today... just depends on the weather supposed to rain from now till next week...

Still trying to decide on a paint scheme ?

i really like the look of the victory pipe and it sits away from the pull start cover and stops away from the carb. it would be the perfect pipe if it didn't get so close to the servo horn.

I hate the way my booster pipe wraps around the motor so tight.
if I was to buy a new pipe it would be a choice between the victory and samba pipe as I like silenced pipes.

bet you cant wait to start breaking her in!!!!!!!

There’s plenty of room between the pipe and servo horn on mine..

As far as break in... I’ve already completed 3/4 of it already.. lol I put the engine on my 2.0 first to try and get ahead of the game ?
you might be able to get it at a dirtbike shop  instead of waiting for shipping

None close to me unfortunately so I’ll just add it to my next DDM order ?
