Didn't get much done today. My daughter fell and smacked her head pretty hard last night at her party. So a day off of work getting test done to make sure she didn't have a concussion... any way shell be fine thank God. Put my dgi axle extenders on. I have a fresh set of trenchers for the rear of a baja I'd like to mount up. Never liked how the front tires are smaller then the factory tires. The extenders should allow them to clear the steering turnbuckle. I also have another set of wheels and tires that I'm sure came with the truck when I bought it. Think I'll put the baja tires on them.

Trenchers are sweet?? I have a new set rears just need foams and rims??

I have a set of trencher fronts on now. They are getting little rough around the tread so I figured I may as well put this other set on wile I'm at it. Going to see how one mounts up to a 5ive t wheel as they are a bit wider rim then the dbxl. I may have to get baja foams. Well see. I did see DDM has a +3mm offset wheel for the 5ive t that states you wont need axle extenders to run wider tires. May look into them wile I'm at it.im soon gonna look like Z's rig with all the different colors I got going on. Red, silver, black, green, and blue ? so I'll have to at least get beed lock ring to dye or match one of those colors.

Got the center diff done up.and trans mounted in. Tell you what that 500k diff fluid is thicker then snot in December!
Some pics for your amusement
So remove the 4 screws. Pop the case apart.
Remove gasket
Pop the gear up and off with a small pick.
Take the pin out.
Pop you stub shaft out.
Take the thrust washer and oring out.
Take you spider gears out
The back gear is the same just need to take that screw out of the side of the diff case to slide it in and out.
Clean everything up.
Replace the bearings.
Reassemble the case stub shaft, oring, thrust washer, pin and gear.
PUT SCREW BACK IN!!! Makes a heck of a mess if you forget!
Stand the on end and fill with a bit of your desired diff fluid. 500k is my choice
Pit the spider gears back in. Theres a notch in the center of the shafts that mate together.
Fill up with some more fluid but not all the way to the top. Need some room for you other drive gear I go just untill the spider cross shafts are covered up.
Put the gear half on with gasket.
Reinstall 4 screws alternate lighting them up.
All done?
So I just found out my kids will be in daycare Friday and I have off... anyone want to see me play with the ports on the g320? Think I can do a bit better then the factory ?

I like those skinnier tires ,I been looking for some for my 1/8 scale MT. ,I want skinnier tires instead of
the fat MT. tires that is normally for them ,the tires are just about the same diameter!
