They do use them. Its a special department, and definitely seemed geared towards tourists. That doesn't change the fact that its the only country, who's cops have a supercar fleet. And I don't mean 3 or 4, they have dozens. So quit pretending your not rich, embrace your families success, and replicate it. Don't feel bad because all the do nothings call you privileged. don't let them tell you that you don't deserve it. They all have the same chances as everyone else to make wealth. Most just waist their energy being jealous of those who already made it. Screw those people. Success should be celebrated, not hidden in shame. Plus people like you buy my toilet paper. ?
 
So I've been thinking about the response to this virus, and the effect its going to have on millions of people. The vast majority of developed countries have shut down to one degree or another. These steps are going to cause alot of suffering, and a argument can be made that they will atleast contribute to many deaths. Poverty does kill. There has been talk in the US of 20% unemployment. Im sure it will be similar if not worse everywhere else. So I got to wondering if our response to this virus is going to cause more damage and death than the actual disease. Its believed this viruses mortality rate will be around 1%. Are we setting up way more than 1% of people for utter ruin that will lead to death in some. Poverty is a major killer in the world. Not so much in America but this is global. Perhaps im way off base, but it seems our reaction will ruin far more lives than this virus ever will. Are we destroying the lives of 10's of millions to save the lives of 10's of thousands? That doesn't seem rational to me. A good friend of mine who owns a diner is on the verge of bankruptcy. Thats a family of 6 whos life has been destroyed. I know its kinda morbid to think this way, but far more lives depend on a working economy than this virus will ever kill. I won't say I have a better plan, I just think the one we have is gonna do far more damage than good.

I hear ya,but it's impossible to have a meaningful dialogue here as it will get turned into the usual need for attention crapshow.

Citizens will be taken advantage of for the benefit of the few.
The global reduction of people has been ackknowledged and spoken about in great detail. It will be done by any means they deem necessary.

Not exactly what I meant. If this was a population control plot, they really failed. It just seems we're trying to trade one disaster, for one of much greater magnitude. The fallout from shutting down the economy is gonna hit hundreds of millions really hard. People are losing the ability to provide for their families at a astonishing rate. Far faster than people are getting sick. The last time this happed in the US (great depression) it took decades, and a world war to recover. Perhaps its worse in my area because im close to NYC and they have the most cases. Almost my entire lower middle class town is shuddered, and very few can afford much more of this.
 
This whole virus mess is pretty scary. I honestly feel that we’re all going to get infected and you’re either going to survive it or move in with what ever god you believe in.

people think that just staying indoors for 2 weeks and washing your hands is enough but that’s far from true.....

if I’m around it’s 420 on the hour! I love smoking it but due to health problems I can’t really smoke like I used too, so now I’m always baking goodies and eating it ?
 
This is what what was said:

They expect this is going to last at least 18months.
What they are hoping is people get sick in stages. They cannot handle everyone getting sick at once.
So their trying to limit as many as possible from getting it all at once. So they are trying to slow it as they know everyone's going to get it to some degree.
Italy's orig plan was people get it and then it's gone BUT....
It turns out you can get reinfected after you've had it!.
Where that leaves us in this situation,IDK.
