What air filter are you using, the surfaces look very pitted in the pictures and I can see you've been running in dusty conditions?
Is it dust or from the piston breaking and being shoved through the ports?
I see what you are saying... I think the green you see is a bit of gasket that ripped and stuck to the head? But I may be wrong???
they can cause the piston ring to run off the helper.

That's just what I call it, the central moulding (pointed bit) in the intake port which keeps the piston ring in place.
Looks like a 4 bolt zenoah, I would say cage on the crank bearing fell apart and the engine tried to eat the balls?
Oh OK, I think I know what you are talking about? The pin casted into the piston to keep the piston ring from traveling about?
