Dino (owner of JetPro) makes 4 different pipes for the hpi's. They all have different power characteristics. It's unfair to compare a version 1 hpi pipe to a version 4... They were each designed for different purposes. There is absolutely no reason why you guys should be comparing a Beetle...

The primer bulb is filled before the fuel enters the carb... You could close the needles right off completely and the bulb would still be full. Needle settings have ZERO affect on the primer bulb.
