3d printed velocity stack

Slapped this on yesterday. It's definitely a prototype. I need to get some shorter bolts so I don't have to use the factory back of the airfilter box, but all in all I'm pretty happy with it and it didn't cost 60$ ?

Now I can use whatever aftermarket filter I desire

And no, it don't clear my roll Cage lol I didn't think about it when I was making it, think imma just remove that side of the roll cage or something, I dunno.

Those filters are not very good for offroad anyway, a tgn short stack filter may fit, think I have one I could measure if it would help??

I drive on road 99% of the time but I have a seperate filter for off road use. I'm debating on changing tires and turning this into an on road beast

And I took my side trays off. It was keeping alot of poop inside the car. Rocks, etc. I like it alot more without them but I still have them

I will re cirumsize myself with a dull butter knife before I ever go electric

Do you have any pictures of that off the truck without the filter attached. By the looks of that you don't understand what a velocity stack is or how it works. I say that because it looks the opposite of a velocity stake.

Easy there, I truly am interested in seeing what you did. I have a Bartalone Vstack on my baja . And I have factory pro Vstacks on my GSXR 750

if i were gonna 3d print a velocety stack id make it have swirled channels to get a tornado effect. I do it to billet ones by hand. Use your imagination.

I took it off. It doesn't allow me to run my roll Cage. I didn't think lol

Imma sit down tonight and write a program for my cnc lathe on Monday and make one outta 316 stainless with aggressive tornado ? pattern. I think my experimentation in plastic is over for awhile
