I have it narrowed down to obr 6324 long block. But as far as the options what do I choose? This going on a 2.0 T

Gas will be 91-95

Bearings?? Something that will last for a while

Crankshaft.. Billet or regular?

Transfer port ?

Engine shroud. I will use my current one

Clutch housing. Can I use my stock housing?

Thanks for the help

Bearings- nachi are fine
Billet crank- I believe it has something to do with balancing and possibly cleaning up the counter weights? I could be wrong
Transfer port covers? I have the billet ones its another debate but a gain is a gain to me
@Seandonato73 would be the most useful and knowledgeable for your answers (y)

Nachi bearings , ceramic don't last as long (correct me if I'm wrong) and have minimal gains (doubt you'll even notice), the new crank is nice but haven't heard any failures with the stock. Transfer ports add .5hp and are shiny, that's up to you. You can use your stock clutch housing .

Nachi bearing with which seal?

Also, with this upgraded motor will the power be noticable over stock 320?

Well i run the premix vp fuel. Not sure if it is high octane or not.

I'd say you want to be as consistent as possible with fuel..some may say other wise. But I believe in these little engines every bit counts to making consistent power...i run guaranteed 92 octane so if something is off i can look past fuel issues. But vp is stellar stuff ive heard of people running leaded stuff from vp

don't know anything about the low drag seals... std seals work fine. Nachi is top notch bearings, they last a long, long time. Ceramic (imo) is for racing. Not needed or warranted in an engine. Seen lots of pto side bearing get knocked out in saws that were ceramic. I just don't trust them for a basher engine that you want to last. Again that's my opinion, untill I'm presented with reliable, credible Information stating otherwise, I'll stick with standard bearings. I think the transfer covers are a waste. You can more or less duplicate them with your stock covers, if you have zero intention of taking a grinder to internal engine parts then the billet covers will be fore you. I don't buy for a second that they add 1/2 a hp. Nothing wrong with the stick crank. Billet is nice, and should be stronger, but, you'll likely not notice much of a difference in running them. You should notice a big difference in power output over a stock g320. And you should be able to gear up a Tooth or so. Cheers

and more power means more fuel demand...get better fuel lines...ddm has colored lines that are larger... if its like a car if you add more power you need to support it with fuel mods

Believe me they don't care if it vp, sunoco, BP, lukoil, or what ever other brand of hightest you care to run..... we forget they are jerked off weedwacker engines at times. Good fresh fuel with ethonal is better then old gas with no ethanol. It's all in how you take care of the fuel system after it goes in storage.

Most likely I will run it on stock pipe. I did switch the B out to the stock can and power is definitely lower but the sound is definitely livable. b pipe is very nice but it is extremely loud. I have gone to 2 spots to bash and Everytime someone is complaining.

Thanks for the info/help guys.

Let them.... what's the noise ordinances? If it's around me I'd tell them to fek off.
And btw that 101cc same size fuel line as the 32cc engine. don't believe all the fuel line size gimmicks, flow is limited to the fuel pump port size In the carb, not the fuel lines

Well @Seandonato73 I care its my money and my super hopped up weed whacker engine:ROFLMAO:
I know, I'm just making a point.

If it's a public place tell them to F off.
