I guess im just lucky or something. I have had the same KM alloy diff in my baja for 3 years of hard bashing. Just took everything apart to install the FLM drive cups and shafts and all of the insides look perfect. No worn drive gears, no wear on the bevel gears and the bearings feel smooth as silk. Only thing it need is some fresh diff fluid?

My bevel gears are fekd maybe b cuz the extremely thin fluid ? Like alittke thicker than watter

Yup i know, put 500k in it, think I should go thicker? My oil was like 1000cst B4 I put 500k It. Think the 1000cst was too thin and didn't protect the gears
If you go too low your rig will diff out an you can say bye to your tyre, that 71 will destroy wheels for fun?
Im only using 5000cst in mine
You run a bigbore engine?
