Is your 5ive a 1.0 or 2.0? In your video the center diff is mounted with spur toward the rear. It's possible you got a 2.0 version mount assembly going into a 1.0 chassis. Just a thought.

Yeah, I worked out the vid is showing a V1.0 which is why it doesn't match my V2.0, thanks for the call out tho, appreciated :)

Yep, it dawned on me eventually after trying the other way around it is impossible to fit incorrectly :D

So, I got to the bottom of it, and it is all together nicely now.

Basically i had to remove the poop on the back of the gear which normally goes between the pinion and the centre diff, I also removed the gasket, then I swapped my bearings around the other way (if that makes a difference IDK) and it goes together zero issues, what a faff, some simple pic instructions would have been beneficial if this is standard fitment issues !

Absolutely it does, they even put a cable tie around it, I lost track of where it ended up but initially it was installed the front as indicated, but then the assembly wouldn't fit, stuff got moved around, disassembled, reassembled and god knows where it ended up lol, it is at least fitted, complete and working now tho :D
