Not to get off topic but I wanted to start a thread with member locations and groups of enthusiasts in their neck of the woods and maybe good places to go out and enjoy driving our Rc's.I am brand new to all of this and I am lost as to where to find people near me or even local HLHS's?What section of the site would be the right section for that?

always charge at home as i used to load up me motobike and off i went?....but now i have a car so could charge when im out...?.but i still thk I'd charge at home tbh?

It takes a lot longer to charge when your out if you don't have 120 volt. Most chargers will do 12 volt dc. But not at or close to max amp. If I'm flying, when im out of batteries im done flying. Take too long to charge packs up. The dbxl will go 3 or 4 tanks before the battery needs charged. By then I'm done running anyway.

I have the killer rc set up. It is a pain to get the cover on and off. And I contemplate going with something else when this lipo craps.
