Yeah it'll prob just wear thru the anodizing. Needs a sleeve.

But there will be extra strain on the the throttle leaver and its not like there will be free movement ?

Been wrenching on tha buggy lately. Damn throttle servo ??on me. This one was a hitec 840. Im going hilatronic this time. I've had one savox and one hitec die now??Also fitted a Modified RC center diff housing and booted brakes. I see why they call it modified. You have to modify everything around it to fit? Had to modify the battery box, clutch housing, radio tray, and top mesh plate.
Stock on left MRC on right
In goes 1M weight
Front pin is a little fekd. I'll upgrade it later. Should be better with the grease and boot.
Clutch housing needed to be cut cause it was hitting the rear brake disc.

Battery box tab needed to be ground down to clear rear boot.
Doug knows about the grinding on the top mesh plate. Top plate had to be used to to get the mesh ?

??? I definitely did not have to go to so much trouble ? I had to mod the mesh plate?? and the throttle servo brace ?? but not cut the clutch housing ?

?Throttle cable brace?? Clutch housing only cause of the larger mrc discs. They massive compared to stock.
Yes there was a gap of 2mm + - so I added a piece of to plate to the bottom of the brace ?? cut it the Same shape and made it longer where it touched the the diff??.......I'll see if I can find the pics??

Post up?? I haven't gotten to the linkages yet. Waiting on the servo to be delivered.
Couldn't find the exact pic but found some?? where I circled the pic it was not touching ? can see the extra bit in the pic I added the the brace? later I could take it off and take a pic....still in bed ??

O yeah gotcha.
That entire center area with brakes, diff, clutch housing etc looks damn near bulletproof. Aka, I'm damn jealous lol
