ALX roof riser came in today and I must say, I'm impressed. It is made of steel and significantly heavier than the stock piece but i like it and I know it will protect in a rollover. It is slanted and you can mount the roof panel to it if you want. I'm gonna leave mine without. I think it looks cool open. Plus it will let out more hot air??

Small parts don't typically get hung in customs often. And your allowed so many imports terrif free per year.

What's the general consensus about ALX vs RCMax? Especially with RCMax having the supreme now.

I don't have the supreme so I can't comment on that. I like them both but honestly can't compare because they are both in totally different cars. I love the titanium pipe on the rcmax tho. Also it seems like the alx is heavier.
