I don’t disagree at all.

My main rig is built like a tank and weighs about the same. I’m looking at trying to reduce as much weight without compromising strength. I’ve got a lot of Ti and carbon parts for my next build and it could well fall to bits after a couple of tanks, time will tell.

Have you had some?
Haven't bought them, no. But I almost did, and I checked with the members here and the general consensus was they weren't much better then stock. That's why I went with rcr. And I wouldn't be trying something that's potentially iffy, with a heavy (ish) dragster going like 80mph down a dragstrip

Little update. Had to modify and make some engine braces. Spaced the front pullstart side out about 10mm and drilled and tapped the coil mount. 20210216_175648.jpg
Had to cut the front clutch side lower mount hole off and use 10mm spacers also. Top bolt mounted perfectly to the 80mm bell carrier.

Fabricated the rear pullstart side brace out of aluminum. Used existing holes in the axle upright mounts.

This is the rear clutch side brace from alx I'll use.

Old gas tank location was getting trained by the big block and electronics box?

New location. Mounted. Just need to run the lines.
