This will take a beating!
I don't know how much pushing and pulling you had to do to get the cage to fit correctly on the chassis . But I did a little reading the other week and found some good advice . Soak the cage in the bath tub in hot water only ,for about 20 min. this will make the cage a little more flexible . After 20 min or so pull it out and put it on the buggy and install all the pins and let it cool down. The chassis should hold the new form. I tried it today and it does make it go on easier .

Yea the back two pins are a PITA to get in, I'mma try this, thx ?
 
Were talking about the chassis pins that are just before the engine or at the engine. Atleast those were the 2 I had trouble with .
Those were fine fir me, i was taking about these
