This will take a beating!
I don't know how much pushing and pulling you had to do to get the cage to fit correctly on the chassis . But I did a little reading the other week and found some good advice . Soak the cage in the bath tub in hot water only ,for about 20 min. this will make the cage a little more flexible . After 20 min or so pull it out and put it on the buggy and install all the pins and let it cool down. The chassis should hold the new form. I tried it today and it does make it go on easier .

Yea the back two pins are a PITA to get in, I'mma try this, thx ?

I'mma try that after dinner thx ? hope it works cuz I'm not a fan of fighting to get the cage off
The back pins were really tight on mine too. Used a hobby knife to trim down the diameter a little bit?

Were talking about the chassis pins that are just before the engine or at the engine. Atleast those were the 2 I had trouble with .
Those were fine fir me, i was taking about these

No, i trimmed a little off of the diameter of the pins
Ok, I'll do that. The technique that @1Coopgt told me did make the cage more flexible and now I don't have to stretch the cage to get the back pins to line up but I still have to hit it a couple of times to get the actual pins in the holes so I'll trim them now
