Wait question,so when I turn one outdrive without holding the other, it locks (doesn't unlock) but if I hold one side, and turn the other side, it spins just fine, is it supposed to be like this? Is this how differentials normally work ? I have not idea.

Yes, no modding needed, just Gunna use my already sanded viscous washers. Next time it's out I'll probably be buying the TR diff case saver just for extra strength so I can have it fully bullet proof. Possibly ?

Not yet. I've ran into another issue, so when the diff is all together, it's a bit too wide so it won't seat into the grooves in the case were the bearings are supposed to seat. And I've measured it in and the original case and madmax diff are the same yet the original fit, so I'm stumped and taking a break. Ya know I'm starting to think it's not worth it lol

Don't think so, they are fully seated. Maybe the originals are thinner ? I'll try.
