Get the irc diff case comes with a rebuild kit?? and the blackbone trans gears?? its a real REAL tight fit getting the diff gear on?? but it dose go ( don't pull a @1Coopgt ?‍?) just do a dry fit and you golden??

Always put the diff in with the bolts facing the layshaft/spur gear?? like this the bolts won't back out in the trans?

Wonder if you could cross to a good silicon oring? That wasnt together long enough for it to leak imo.

Seals and bushes and bearing came pre-installed ?‍ so cant comment ?? diff is a moded one from TR so don't know how long/old seals are?

got the trans back in ?? replacing the ripped HHostile boots ?? my modded tweezers to get the job done??????
Red loctite on the grub screw ill just let it set for 24hrs
Before I assemble ??

Stock zen clutch shoes 8k spring??
Still plenty material on them??
Bell looks to be 100%
