I checked the bolt and its tight! Are you sure yours doesn't move like that?

Ahh, I think I understand. You are referring to the slot in the bell housing an the female side on the pinion gear!

...??? Which crank cover.?Just an FYI. The crank cover does not fit 100% on the 2.0. So just get it on as best as you can without it interfering with anything. Eg brakes..
