I use studs for my header fasteners. I find them easier to take on/off. Also less chances of stripping out the threads.

You can get them on McMaster Carr . You won't be able to wire them though Unless you drill the nuts which isn't easy to do .

I use the Stud Kits on DDM and Have made several other stud kits for People. The key is to install the stud with Red Locktite and let that fully dry (24hrs minimum). Then install header and use a nut, split washer then nut again. I have never had one come loose when using this method
