Im not posting up the shipping ,after the order was placed and ready to go ,it was wensday and you wanted it by friday ,I shipped this whole order 2 day express service at no extra charge ($209+) I will post that bill too if need be.
Over $140 in parts almost 3 weeks later (replacement parts and cat 5 filter) no charge

I am also in business for myself, and I know that some people are impossible to please, pro5th looks like you found one of those people.

I have no suggestion other than to just let it go, you being in this thread says good things about you and your business, obviously you care.

I have a black book with the name on it "JOBS WORTH NOT TAKING" unfortunately I get to meet all my future customers and with in the first minute I can usually tell if I want to deal with these people, if not they get put in my book.
 
thats one of the reasons I got out of supplying people with parts from germany.....some people you just cant please no matter how far you bend over:dots:

Oh I get it, it is stupid to have him answer the question about going over the cyclone cars before sending it out to a paying customer. He said he does in the last post and that is why we should buy from him, so let him answer here. If it is yes why did he send us a car with mutiple broken parts and loose screws?

Well thought it was time for me to jump in on the subject.

The company FS is actually a third party ,they are not the original manufacture ,but they are the first to distribute the line.

As for the quality?..... yes the basic build is fine for the money ,but the car ,trucks and buggies all need some enhancements to compete consistently.
Our company if you goto our site ,you can clearly see we take 5th scale racing seriously..
We don't sell junk and we will not sell a product that we don't believe is good or worth every dollar you spend on it.
We sell top quality competition RC cars.
We wanted to bring in a line that can be affordable and durable at the same time.
So we contacted the factory direct and had them ship us out 20 units of the On road 4x4 car.
Now understand how the china factories work....they mass produce everything ,so there quality control kinda stinks.
We ordered our on road cars with no electronics ,no wheels ,no motors ,no mounts ,no hardened steel shafts and a few other things that they make flimsy we left out..
All our units are gone over carefully to re-inspect the entire chassis.
After everything checks out ,we continue our build ,starting with PMT pre mounted tires ,chrome Zenoah 23cc-04 edition motor ,high RPM clutch ,3 Hi-tech servos (2 1/4 scale steering servos)shock spring adjustments ,custom Pro 5 Racing alloy air filter ,tuned pipe and a few other needed upgrades.
All in all ,this car handles like it rides on rails ,going from the weak 1.9 hp 30.5 cc stock motor ,to the High rev Zenoah 23cc-04 ,thats pumps out 3.2hp ,this car is a night and day different beast.
Our version come with a clear 350z body kit with wing and decals.

Our car has been branded with the name CYCLONE GT 4wd and is available exclusively by PRO 5 RACING.
Pricing ,video and pictures can be found at our website located in my profile.
This is the first public information available about the CYCLONE GT 4wd ,so please allow a few days for the above information to become available on our site.
These cars will only be available from Pro5thscale and our dealers.

Ernie ,after the order I just posted ,you ordered a $35 filter ,which I sent you (2) of ,the other at no charge again.
There was no other order placed with us ,just a bunch of free parts sent out to you.
We do what we need to do ,which is what we did to your cyclone..
After installing the upgraded parts we go over each car and make sure the car is tight.
Do we open up the shocks?? NO
Do we put gas in the car and run it? NO
Do we make sure the car is 100% functioning when it leaves? yes
Your car left here with a top of the line motor upgrade ,top of the line tires that you call garbage....now that bothers me and I will tell you why.
Those PMT tires are made to run many ,many laps without fail ,you stated your tires have ripped apart and that tells me you must have had your car running for sometime before complaining about everything else.
Some people are harder on things then others ,you must be one of those people ,because I only use PMT tires on all my on road cars without fail.
They are 1 of 2 brand name tires used in competition worldwide ,so I guess you are just a hard guy to please.
Did I not send everything out to you express because you needed it for that weekend?
That alone cost us over $200+ which I did not charge you.
Any dealers looking at what you paid will tell you I made not a penny on that whole order just to please you ,I thought you were a good person ,someone that will continue to do business with us ,not just try and bash us like this.
We did not loose your business ,you lost ours.

Rob ,sorry for the mess on your forum ,but I will not sit here and watch this person try and bad mouth us after everything I have done for him.

No company should be bashed in the public like this. I have personal dealings with Pro-5th with no issues at all. Funny thing is I have sold to Ernie as well with no issues. This is a disgusting mess of a thread. As far as I'm concerned it looks to me like Ernie got a decent deal, without all of the free stuff & free shipping upgrades. Coming here and making a start on a forum like this is Crazy ! In my eyes Ernie has made himself & BreathlessPerformance look pretty bad. It should have been handled professionally between the 2 of you. :nono:

For it being a clone I really like my FS MT. It seems to be decently made and if you make sure to locktite everything they hold together quite well.
