hey momaroman do you own a FS??? or Bash with a FS

Do YOU own or bash an MCD? The differences are pretty clear when there side by side.:clown:
I happen to know someone who sells MCD parts:) he has a constant stream of fs owners buying MCD parts to fix there broken cars but very rarely do MCD owners need parts.
Oh yeah, if you want to be able to change gears ratios like the MCD's (12 ratios to choose from) you will have to spend $172 replacing parts with genuine MCD parts.

lol, waaaaaaaaaaaaaa who gives a $##@. Just buy what u want, and don't tell anyone, then sites like this won't exist and we will all be lonely!!!:2guns:

im still a happy man

well lads after all the bitching are you all happy i was waiting for that any way like no moa said I'm with him on that one also could go on and on but don't forget they are only big boys toys :clown::lol:

if its for your son (don't know his age) but the mutilator for $489 RTR isnt to bad.

You could always get FS's 2 wheel drive Truck for $599-699 crappy radio RTR

Have you seen MCD's truck wrap its a nice piece of plastic too

FS with a Baja

Vt57982.jpg

THATS NO BAJA ITS YEP ITS A CLONE MADE IN CHINA BY THE SAME COMPANY THAT MAKES THEM FOR HPI HA HA THATS WHERE I GOT MINE THE FS 4WD MT FROM AND ALSO GOT A GOOD DEAL FOR IT

I thought the HPI Baja were made in Taiwan....not China.

I also thought that the myth that the clones were made in the same factory as the real HPI Baja have already discussed, and this theory shown to be false.

I can smell a goose about to be re-cooked.

Woh feels like I'm in rc useless:clown:, anyway just stating facts people, so the buyer can make up there own mind. I own MCD's and have seen, driven and wrenched on the fakes but yeah hopefully someone with first hand experience will chime in to answer everybodies questions.:)

hey momaroman do you own a FS??? or Bash with a FS

Yeah mate bashed with FS monster quite a few times and helped the guy fix it too... whats it to you? :nono:

I would never let anyone influence what I buy, by the same token we can all have our opinions - that is what makes a forum just that - a discussion forum. I hate clones but can appreciate this forum is all about large scales be they FS, FG or whatever. This doesn't mean I have to bow down to every FS fanboy who comes over from RCpoo and agree with them, better still I can still have a joke about ANY vehicle and not expect to be questioned as to what my qualifications are. This sort of behaviour belongs on RCpoo and 5th scale - where you need to leave your sense of humour at the door.

I hope to have one soon.

well if you want i can get you a good deal ha ha anyway when it comes going to take it apart check everything get about a gallon of thread lock and a decent rn air filter and some fg baja rims 2 multi rhinos servos for the steering
and multi for the throttle then give it a good bash and what breaks ill change it for the alloy upgrades

also psr can you shed some light on why if you want to be able to change gears ratios like the MCD's (12 ratios to choose from) you will have to spend $172 replacing parts with genuine MCD parts.

All I will say is, I think Clones are bad for the hobby period. They take sales away from reputable companys that do the design work & make a quality products. With their cheap prices, they get first timer 1/5 scale people to buy them, being totally disappointed when their performance is not good. Then when it breaks, like they all do, & the parts are not readily available. They are out of a hobby that could have been a lifetime of enjoyment with quality R/C products. Along with that, people who directly steal a design, no matter where they are located should be prosecuted. Such as the 5b Rip-Off & the FS Racing Rip-Offs.
