Nope! because I took it upon myself to call tower and they told me the credit card did not go through.

So at this point I aint sweatin' it anymore, it's in someone elses hands now! Nuff said!!

Wonder if it was stolen too? That would suck, you get the buggy then the cops come after you for stolen goods.:(

Guys, don't to worry. He knows what he did. That was just another way for him buy some time.

I couldnt really tell you what he is up to, but this has to stop. Right now I don't care if I get my stuff, I just want to see him get whats coming, to me that would be more enjoyable. It's amazing to see the lenghts this guy has gone to try and get away with somthing like this!

Chucked, you say you saw him loading up his quad, as far as I know that is same quad he told me sold to get money to purchase the buggy. Just lies after lies! Amazing!!

*Update*

Well guys, the ball is finally rolling. The officer has contacted me and the other parties involved. I have gotten a deadline as to when I should recieve my stuff. Charles is supposed to obtain the items then provide them to the detective so it can be shipped.

Great news, this is proof that hard work pays off, because you stayed on putting pressure, they had no choice but to do the right thing.
I sure hope he follows and does what he is supposed too.

what do you mean, help out? I don't know much, besides the guy has the same name as me. I only know what other people have told me. Like I told the detective, Ive only seen the guy a small handful of times, if I saw him in a crowd I might not be able to pick him out.

I just asked because you mentioned that the detective had said another name. This meant that you spoke with the detective. Just wondered if you had helped in the matter since you had talked with the detective in the matter, thats all. :)
 
Yes I talked to the detective. She went to my house, I wasn't home but my mother gave her my cell and she came to my work. Anything I know has already been posted in this thread. The only thing I knew prior was I thought he was shady.
