My last nitro was a 1st gen Savage with a Native Racing bump starter. I ran an RB Worlds S7 and a Nova Rossi Picco .21B (the last NR Picco). I'm sure the tech has come a long way since then, but I sure loved showing up at the track and bump starting a Savage.

Good times, but I'ma stick with my large scales. They're less finicky, and way more durable.

I have a savage xl 5.9 and a tmaxx 3.3 and a team associated mgt 8.0 but the traxxas needs motor and mgt 8.0 needs one way bearing which is non existent so im changing entire motor. It's a shame too, it's a massive engine.

I run my savage everyday, she's hands-down my favorite. It is super nice and easy to drive the losi though and I appreciate that

On road really isn't that fun. My nitro 4 rec was rediculous, too low and scraped everywhere, could never get traction. Maybe an 1/8 would be better but it's still boring

One of my buddies has a hpi drift car. Its pretty cool. He takes it out in front of his house, slides around the road for a bit. Hits a curb and puts it away till next time. I'm frankly astonished how well its held up.

I didn't trade it! ?? Hell I've never owned anything 1/5 other than what I have lol I don't know quality of other stuff!

I still use this guy. Got it in the late 90's mabey, perhaps earlier as I think I was still in highschool.
Its old, and doesn't have that fancy lockdown thingymabob on the new ones, but It works just fine.?‍?
