Sounds badass ???Took the car out with the new exhaust last night killswitch wire was stripped and grounding out on the cylinder causing the engine to pop and bang sometimes once I fixed that the car leaves fron was lifting on acceleration the ddm dom actually turns the rovan 45 into a proper mean engine
But I did crash and destroy the front wishbone holder lucky I had spares but I lost balls for the ball drive so my mcd is now 2wd till the new parts come next week upgrading the front wish one holders to alloy next week also

Thanks for the info will buy that next time I had to clean it I ran over poop in a park I hate dog owners they complain about the car scaring their dogs but yet they have big German Shepard's and don't clean up their mess and I'm the bad guyLooks smart that mate[emoji108]
Gt85 is better than wd40, wd40 stinks[emoji1]

Yeah it's not nice at all I'm gonna stick to tarmac I think till i find a nice flat field that has no dog walkersArrr I hate that...I have ran over a few dog eggs in the past, it makes a right mess[emoji40]
Gotta do what u gotta do ? I'd put some heat ressistant tape on the spark plug wire or exhuast so the spark plug wire don't get burnedFixed the front end all new bearings had a good run running a bit rich due to too much oil in fuel about 20:1 or so [emoji58]also didnt have any overheating issues since replacing the alloy isolator with
A stock plastic one no more hydro locking when it's hot
I also had to cut the engine cover to fit the exhaust so airflow was ruined so I used foil tape on the top of the cylinder to direct air and it works perfectly can feel it blowing alot of air its temporary till I find a better more permanent way
here's how to find the video on YouTube
Rovan 45cc mcd xr5 first run with ddm dominator pipe
Search that and you will see

Thanks I actually didnt even think of that one [emoji16][emoji108]Gotta do what u gotta do [emoji106] I'd put some heat ressistant tape on the spark plug wire or exhuast so the spark plug wire don't get burned
Getting there I stick g4z or ddm stickers on everything btw before you ask but this is my improved alloy airflow kit as my engine doesn't have a cover 1I was thinking something like this alloy plate glued with whatever is strong enough and heat resistant to direct the airflow over to the header to replace the foil

Nope just had it running theres still the same space between the fins as there was when the plastic cover was on it only problem is the top between the cylinder and fan cover I'll have to use silicone there because some air comes out the top not much tho but the air is flowing through fins and directed completely to the exhaust side as I wantedGood idea but is this not gonna stop air flow around/through the heads fins
