well 1st bash since front end rebuild...20190106_143100 by evssv, on Flickr
did find the rear fan brace bolt snapped 20mins before I was getting picked up........managed to get it out and find a replacement in time20190106_183531 by evssv, on Flickr
ran well until me rear left came loose..after only 5 mins...........luckily I took me wheel wrench...then the wheel nut stripped.............so I used a business card split in half ..wrapped it round the hub...then screwed on the monkey nut.....it held tight for best part of a tank........

the kold cutters give too much grip and the rims jus twist off the hubs eventually....2nd one I`ve done now.....

also killed the rear roll cage bit aswell....jus behind the roof plate.....

not that often tbh...........only when it brakes or things wear out.......but I do abuse it.......I `ve had this over 3 years now....

So that leads me to my next question. Should I hunt down a genuine HPI or is the KM close enough if i am going to upgrade everything?

from what I`ve seen/read overthe last few years the km`s r now on a par with hpi plastic wise.........and ur gonna upgrade as u bash/brake so don't really matter what u start with imo...only got 5-6 hpi parts left on mine now.....if that..............

Now personally I'd get a rovan not a KM, Because rovan has better plastics but there the same price if not cheaper. So that's my unpopular opinion
