its still got plastic eng mount and diff holders but im in no hurry to get these plus i spunked the money for them on anti roll bar c/bell and hydros,it will end up same as the bug and cost over budget and full alloy/carbon,i realy want the samba 7 ti pipe and mf carbon air box plus matching hydros for the rear but thats a million miles away im spent out
 
Me want that pipe too....€ 399.00 alot of wonga just for a pipe.
Was just looking on Hobbytech and see your carbon reinforcement's for front and rear shock tower set ups.... Nice:p
 
hydros came today ebay bargain of the year for me under £60 posted,

there megatech hydros and came with the upgrade discs and pads plus standard discs and pads both worn but still loads of life left in them,they also came with new pipe and new fittings,its taken me nearly all day to remove fg cables and fit them i had a knightmare as one of the calipers was leaking from the piston,so i pinched the bugs one and got the on road working,then i striped down the leaking caliper and gave it a real good clean removed the o-ring and it looked fine so rebuilt it and fitted it to the bug and its stoped leaking so im going to try and find the size of the o-ring and replace it but it must of just of been crap inside it causing a leak,

if any body knows the correct size o-ring i need please let me know im not paying for a rebuild kit when i can get 50-100 o-rings for the same price

they work great but the only problem now is i want the rears done

brad how do you find the fibre disc's over metal ones ive contacted oddie for prices for some new carbon ones,the ones on mine seem very thin but there not worn and not that old cant wait to try this thing out now,im running the bugs gears 20/44 and had a good bash yesterday and its fun and not as low geared as i was expecting but still very quick and usable
 
but yesterday on map 15 and 20/44 it was a lot quicker off the mark and was still pulling when i was running out of room for the space and style of driving i do its near perfect,i found a little bump in that car park and was getting it clean off the ground flat out jumping it was mental fun

Cool videos mate, so you are getting it to drift a bit, how locked is your diff?
Could get a cheap helicopter gyro and wire it in the steering and have a play with the sensitivity, will be alot of fun when you can keep it going side ways.

yeah im liking the drifting but it needs harder rears in those vids it was running pmt kronos 15 front and 5 rear and yesterday i had b fronts and c rears and it was better but still to much grip
 
im happy with the roof and rear spoiler but not sure on the bonnet stripes and bumper stripes but thats the beauty of stickers the come off
