So I don't get picky on my gas, just pump high test. I currently run klotz super techniplate. I use the lucas for assembly oil. Tuning off smoke is er, more or less useless every oil smokes different, some not at all. Your looking for a strong idle, with a nice crisp transition from idle to full throttle. Full throttle tune can be a bit difficult to someone new. Your trying to find that happy medium between pig rich and too lean. Stock settings are normally a bit on the rich side, but adding the pipe you may find you'll need to open up the high speed needle a bit. A run vid (I know bit of a hypocrite here, but I know how to tune my stuff) helps out a lot if your unsure of your tune. Just remember a bit rich is preferable to too lean. Cheers.

Hopefully the run video is attatched....my profession is in engines. So I can tell when something is off....no offense taken here lol. Agreed with a video helps with knowledgeable folks taking a look to see how my rig is running and that I appreciate!

Like wise! Diesel mechanic here....i drive a gas truck but wrench on diesel's....im downloading a video converter right now so I can send the video...please hang on lol

I got both, did a cummins swap in my 79 ford. And just picked up a 96 f250 with a big block in it. Just not into gutless if you know what I mean. (Gas mileage isnt great, or even good but the power makes me smile)

Im having an issue at the moment converting...I'll keep trying
thats awesome....my friend and I swapped a 12v into a 77 power wagon.. original military truck...I've had my share of diesel trucks. I just bought a 2017 f150 with the ecoboost....pretty fast truck for what it is...couldn't come to terms with what diesel has become with emissions. And you have to "fummins" the ford
Hopefully works now

Sounds good to me, too bad you didnt have the room to stretch its legs out a bit more. But the response sounded good. Top end sounded decent.
And yeah nothing new diesel for me, I'll stick with my old junk.

Thanks...i have fields around me but somedays I just like to rip it out front of the house and drink some beers....it tends to get a bit rowdy when the beer flows lol..... and absolutely diesel and junk is the best!
