K i didnt have mesh but I asked me mum an she gave me sum leggings for this, I made me a pullstart cover. Not very pretty and the sewing looks like poop (no idea what I'm doing) but should work out fine

Hey it's worth a try ???As if I don't draw enough attention maybe if you see an trail of smoke the cuties will be interested too lmao
I ended up about 1/8 of a turn richer on my HSNI'm used to tuning by using wideband AFR meters on blown FI motors, lol. I don't trust myself. I had 2 buddys of mine try to tune my DBXL and one tuned very rich, it had gurgling sounds at WOT and the other tuned too lean and there was basically no smoke at WOT and it sounded like it wanted to cut out. As you said, different people tune differently. However, I tend to like to tune a bit richer on the safe side. I don't care much for maximum power output. I usually just use the factory settings and back off if it gurgles too much. I find even on idle settings, some people like a very low idle like it's going to stall and others like it sounding like a nitro.
BTW, so with a pipe, it should be richer on H needle than the factory carb settings?
