yeah looking good mate only thing about the vrc pipe id 100% get the silenced one as that's loud enough trust me I cant imagine how loud the unsilenced one is if your after that pipe then get it there a great pipe much better that the jetpro you have fitted
 
only other advice is get rid of that filter as there more suited to on road id get a stock fg foam filter and oil it fit a outerware and do worry you don't want anything going in to the engine as that would be a killer

ive seen a 23cc stock Zenoah fitted with the same filter you've got on a marder stop dead because it let so dirt in scratched piston and bore real bad,, and I take it by knowing the cost of the ts reed case engines and replacement parts are not cheap be safe not sorry
 
Yeah u know that just got that on till I get a pipe other air fillter won't fit coz it hits the jetpro pipe there's a pipe on eBay but I'm unsure it will fit matey

that fits mate its a rn tuning fat pipe more or less same as the victory pipes I wanted that pipe on mine but couldn't find one anywhere at the time so went with the vrc one

how badly do you need it
does it make you grin just looking at it
will the mrs go ape poop if you get
is your jetpro in good con if so sell it on to offset the cost

I don't bother with any of the above if I want it I get then worry about all that and just use male hearing syndrome when the mrs goes ape
 
lol it's my money matey I pay for everything anyway. also my jetpro is like new yeah think I will get it n it will make me smile ha ha :D
 
hmm I got my victory pipe brand new for 160 odd euros plus postage from thepitstop-shop.nl so it does seem pricey but it looks in good shape

mines a good few years old now and its still real good condition and its had some good abuse there much stronger than the jetpro's I dented mine on the first day I had it

To make it lsd was wondering how it would hold out to the power of the ts engine?? It's cheaper than buying lsd one and u don't need diff raise wot do u guys think good or bad idea
 
it will make it hard to steer mate car will want to push into the corner and it wear thw tyres quick I locked a diff on a km Baja a while back for a mate and that went well
 
Cheers renbar I'm not doing that then it was just a idea I'm still haggling for the pipe and he ant getting bk to me oh well... I just can't part wiv £150 for a pipe £100 yeah
 
to be honest I allways thought a adjustable diff was the way to go with off road but after speaking to some 5th scale off road racers they all said open diff works best
 
Yeah that's wot I was told too I was just courious about my diff and dog bones not holding out to the power that the ts has. I ave been looking at the cvd dog bones/bearing ones too not sure which ones r better??? Also I've just regreased the diff too. I started the engine last nite Too and broke 2 pull starts lol the compression is unbelieverable. The sound of it too put a smile on my face the cracking and popping sounds the nutts I didn't run it just started to hear it... To get it started I poured fuel in the piston and started straight away I ave the 990 carb so no choke.. So all good people :lol:
