Check Walmart or something.
They are floatation foams about 4 or 5 ft long and vary in size and color.
Cost less than $5.
I cut these to fit the rim and tires.
They wont absorb water so no more wobble in the tires from soggy foams.
Should last damm near the life of the tires, and beyond.
Funny you posted this, I searched for those damn floatation foams last summer. All they had were the kind that weren't flat everywhere I went.
I found out from pup1970 over on HBF that he uses soft pipe insulation foam (foam tube with the split down the length to fit over water pipes). He said after a season of racing he hasn't had a problem with them. Just glue to the rim, then wrap duct tape around the foam.
