Hey Bigger The Better...I can't say it enough..those Hostile At's are a awsome tire,,,
for my firehammer I used Baja Rear wheels for both front & rear of the car...
handling is wonderful.....tire grip is awesome......You can get bead lock's in different color's
Just as you can paint a body different colors.....Slawhammer
 
I got out for a bit this morning...alley way running..nothing great,,just needed to getmore engine time..another tank of fuel ran thru...so that makes 4 now on this....
it is already a warm one out 85+ degrees...at 11:30 am...I opened up the high side needle
a smigin..seems to run good...Only bad thing of the alley way running is you can open the
throttle between 1/4 to 1/2....or almost to a 1/2 throttle.........
But this was for just get more engine time any way to get it loosened up
So no need to take any boring vids of this.....Slawhammer
 
I got out for a little dirt running ..I just sat the camera up..tried to stay in camera view..
I have movie maker..so bear with me as I tried to edit some of it..first time to do that
for me....some people showed up with kids...I had to stop running a little girl kept trying to chase the car...I was afraid it would hit her...so packed up came home.....
I tried to get U-Tube to up load it..but no go there..so used photo bucket....

Try the bulk uploader on you tube, it allways works for me.
 
Hey Super..yup flawless runnkng..but short time...I relistened to the video..I missed that
about the guy the first time thru...Now windows movie maker use's a different format
wmv file....U-Tube does accept that file I just found this out....I will have to find a different movie maker for doing editing......I had some fun tho....Those Hostile tires
hook up great..Engine is running better every time out now....I figure about 3 more tanks
ran It will be 1 gallon of fuel used...so after the second gallon That engine should be

check out vimeo.com for videos. awesome site. hard to link in posts but a direct link works. I like having the 500mb per week instead of 100mb max upload of photobucket.... and they haven't been deleting the music like other vid sites ;)

Not much new..Just been flogin the hell out of the engine...seems to be getting better
every run now....Hey Pipe on the video site...Vimeo.. ..how do you bring a video to the forum?Seems when I use windows movie maker to try and edit a raw video..it is saved in
WMV file...U-Tube does not reconize that file...What do I have to do? Convert to AVI File
Have no clue..other wise forget any more video's from me...Slawhammer

movie files..I tell ya for me this is getting way to much bother.....to mess with..
I got a Helmet mini Cam in the mail....No sound as of yet..I wanted to got the point of
view first,,then work for the sound next....This is a test in the back alley way & little

Hey super..Naw I think your asking for a bit much there..besides the car is better lookin
than me....I tryed to get the sound to turn on...show the mic icon..ran a short test vid
but no sound pick up....I will give it a couple times to get this sound....If not
forget ...I will just use my digital camera on the tripod for any pictures Or videos
taken....Thanks for your complement....I think I am about done with this camera stuff
any way...I am not buying any more PC programs and items related to camera's
I have worked for over a year on my car with very little play time..Cuz the dam thing kept breaking down...I just want to play with it now.....Slawhammer
 
the helmet cam takes a nice clear video though. maybe it needs an external mic like for a computer? or maybe the mic symbol is actually for when an eternal mic is plugged in? just playing advocate...
 
Hey Pipe...Dah there is no place for a external mic hook up ..this unit is all sealed
there is a battery door..usb out let to computer..out let hole to tv hook up..
that's it..Mic is built in ..just like on a digital camera....The quality of of vid is clear..
little wash out from bright sun....But thanks for the imput..Slawhammer
 
just tossing ideas out. I am too tired to actually think. done 2 graveyards now and brain is mush. have to go run a pressure washer right now prepping a job for tomorrow. that 18 foot wand is a beast to hang onto. I wonder if Selwa actually has tried monster energy or just likes the colors ;)
 
Hey Pipe..I don't drink any of that stuff..way too much sugar..16 tablespoons in that
drink......I packed up the helmet cam sent it off..........
I got out yesterday for a bit....Ran the hell out of the car on tarmac....Before the rain..
Short run time ..but I did have fun....foe me any time I can get even 10 minutes ..it's good
Headed out here soon..weather says 85+ today..it's like 65 now so I will be going soon..

Ok Guys..Nice sunny day here..I got out for a bit...I tuned the carb a little...
wanted to make some high speed pass's...But this are of tarmac ..seems long ..but is short when you have to finish a run out..it is short....I have a another area for this week end
picked out for high speed running....I was running great..hit the half tank of fuel..
it just quit...It fired right back up....I am wondering about the klunker...looks to be laying on the bottom of the fuel tank...Now it could be clogged up & the screen in the carb could be clogged up.....I am using the yellow tagon line,,it could be to stiff..
and not felxable to roll around in the tank....I have a different style klunker & a crap
trap to use..I got the crap trap from sullivan's there known for air plane stuff....
Think may be tower would have that crap trap ..as they carrier sullivan products....
So here is a short vid..of some high speed pass's...I have no control over the camera..

Hey CSP..I got it to do 45mph all stock gearing....I want to get that 2spd working
I got some goodies coming to fix that I hope....new parts...Like I am off 2mm..for the lay
shaft...,,I think it is the clutch housing & large engine mount..............
The car moves pretty good..Nothing like my old engine...Now that had some power....
Weather say's nice ..so will be out again in the morning before noon....other wise.....
