Thanks bandit....I hope this next week to have better video's...I just finished modification
on a mini cam...I can use a wide angle lens & a telephoto lens....You can mount the mini
cam about any place..leg..arm..skate board..snow board..bicycle..motorcycle...RcCar..
side of your head....for hands free operation....sound quality sucks.....

I blew a clutch yesterday running high speed...So time to install the 2spd now..
I just got the FG modified clutch case in the mail yesterday..so I now have all the parts for
the installation....I will need a longer place too run with the 2spd..to see how fast it will
be for top end speed.....I will keep ya posted...besides another rain day here today......
I have the mini cam all modified for the different lens kit..wide angle & telephoto...
works great..I will post up a couple short vids with the 2 lens for ya to see.Slawhammer
 
Bandit..By the time you get all the parts you need ..you will have anothe $400 bucks
wrapped up for the 2spd use..You have to switch out to FG parts to do this...
Fg clutch housing...fg grear plate with lay brake..Fg lay gear too diff gear......
I have every thing ..I just have to install it soon..try it out..I may not even like it..
or be able to use it ..where I live...So then I would put it up for sale.......

Ok thought blew clutch the way it was acting..Nope...all grub screws can loose..
on pinion..spur gear..& wheel adapters...Plus 3 worn out bearings on the gear plate...
Yes it was lock tited..but I used blue before.....So now every thing on my car gets (RED)
LOCK TITE.....I will heat the grub screws to get them loose.......I just made the repairs....I will do the 2spd later for a weather rain day project....Slawhammer
 
Mini Cam

Ok ..you have heard me talk about the mini cam....well like I have been saying I did
a modification for a lens kit..thanks to Csp for the find on that mod.......
quality of the video is good if you have good lighting....only real complaint I have is
the tiny buttons incased in rubber...to turn on/off & menu.....
Enclosed is a picture of the mini cam...NOTE.from the black part on the camera forward
is the mod for the lens kit.....Slawhammer:D

Ok That mini cam..had problems with that..the tiny buttons kept sticking...
I hacked the rubber cover to get to the buttons...some times it works ..some times not..
get what ya pay for...buy cheap get cheap.......So much for that....
I was on a maintance thing with my car...lock tite all bolts,screws...flushed out the
exhaust pipe...got some nasty crap from that....general check over....85* plus this afternoon..so in the alley with slaw for a few minutes....You can hear that pipe now
loud awesome sound...the video is boering as hell...But remember this is all a test
running from the maintance that was done......Slawhammer

Vid came out pretty good Slaw, looks likes its twisted a little of is that your head?...lol... still i think you will get some good vids from that little mini cam.

Looking forward to some 'wot' action in the near future;)
 
Hey super..yeah I think the mini cam rolled in the bracket a smigen....It is por taste to
me..I think I am going to trash it...It be junk to me...I will do some thing different for a cam
I have a couple in mind....my digital camera takes better pictrues & vid's....than this small mini cam....I am also working on a mount for the digital camera....will see what happens...
I still say this last little is is boring...and the changing from sun lite to shade is off...

I will say that the video taken with the mini cam is ok..not the greatest....
I will be getting rid of it....Just not up to my standard's for quality is all...
For the price it is a good deal ...at $50.00 USD..& the lens add on $30.00 USD....
Still less than most mini cams.....for some thing that is good or better you will need to spend at least $200.00 USD for the quality....This is only my opinion...Slawhammer
 
Ok.... Nice today here today..I am going to hook up the mini cam with telephoto lens
to the Transmmiter 1 last time..see what happens for a video..maybe just a test run
in the alley way for photo shoot....Other wise Hmmmmmsome maybe hook it to the car

I am here....back from a test run with the mini cam with telephoto lens...too much lens
for the alley way..I think a little practice...this is more less point and guess where the
action is..there is no monitor...you can not see what was taken till you hook it up to the
PC.....To be fair I will give it a couple more tries...telephoto would be ok for a large area..
I still am not satified with the quality of the vedio....I have yet to mount it to the car...
Had to laugh at the end ..almost got some pussy..in front of me...Slawhammer

Hey super my friend..I will see what I can about onboard vid....May get it yet today..
a short test video....Really warm out not.....90+ so it will have to be a short run..

Here ya go super..just for you my friend....On board my car..I attached the mini cam to
the out side of the window body...I knew it would flex some....Hang on for a slow
jittery ride down the ally way a couple times.....I may try this again with the body off &
mounted in foam..so won't jitter so much....This is not worth watching trust me...
But just for super wanted me to do this....So like I say to you it is not worth a hoot....
I still don't like the quality this mini cam has......Slawhammer......

Not much going on..has been raining past few days....Next step is to upgrade my
radio system..with new Module & Rec....today looks good for a short run...sun came out
plus maybe a new short vid.....Slawhammer
 
Yeah I am done with that mini cam...I will not use it again....I just don't like it
too much hassle for me to use... I will just use my digital camera for any vids & pictures
I will work on the K.I.S.S. I will work is program.....Keep it simple stupid....
