Hey Doug ?????? theres nothing wrong with a dbxl, properly modded that is. In truth if I had a do over I would have got a 5ive T. But the dbxl has been decent since its had all the goodies.

Which really means you have to dump mcd type money into it just to be still worse than a 5t ?????????Hey Doug ?????? theres nothing wrong with a dbxl, properly modded that is.

Ok then I'd say losi 5t 2.0 ?You guys are not helping me with my decision. Being in the U.S., MCD isn't an option. Think there is like one distributor and very little spare parts availability.

Dbxl or 5ive t. The dbxl will be cheaper and you can sell off the boat anchor engine to recoop some costs. The 5ive t will be better out of the box. Till your done spending money on it you'll have about twice what you can sink into a dbxl. Having said the yes the 5ive t is the better platform. But if your just bashing, on a budget, and have no intentions of racing. The dbxl will serve you well. (If I had a do over right now and a decent budget I would get the 5ive t 2.0)
