Stuck pin

Grit will go into the joint and with the grease = grinding paste??‍

As tight of a tolerance as that pin is, it'd be tough for sand to get in there. But as we learned from Jurassic Park, anything is possible.

I grease my pins now after having them stuck in hostile hubs.

I put a light smear of grease on any pins or rotating parts. Sometimes I use a light oil instead, always have. I fix machines for a living and its not fun removing stuck dowels or snapped bolts due to corrosion or seizure. Planned regular maintenance will reduce it turning into a grinding paste.

Removed with the drill last night buddy reversed it out while spraying with GT85 and pulling ?

Hub was a bit warm afterwards but if it works it works ?
