Still running the esp 34?I made a great rig from everyone's left over parts. Better then any kit you'll buy.
Yep, it's been a great engine. Doesn't guv3 any grief and has good power.Still running the esp 34?
Im currently doing the same thing. Didn’t realize how many parts Ive accumulated since 2012. 99% original hpi parts. Basically a 5bss.I made a great rig from everyone's left over parts. Better then any kit you'll buy.
Fine... When the time comes then I'll do it the same way I did the Vekta.... Let you guys fill my shopping cart!Yes.....
What kind of speed do you get with the 34cc engine?Yep, it's been a great engine. Doesn't guv3 any grief and has good power.
Fast enough to break a leg, lol. Idk never speed tested it. Couldn't ever bring myself to strap my phone to it and I don't own any GPS type things either.Fine... When the time comes then I'll do it the same way I did the Vekta.... Let you guys fill my shopping cart!

We're talking about a vekta and Taylor isn't the answer for everyone's speed needs. All these rigs go roughly 40mph with a bone stock g320. Why on earth do you need to get an expensive 35cc engine when a cheap esp race port kit will net you the same results for less then half the money? Or a 40 cc engine in a 5ive? I swear there's some sort of cool aid everyone's been drinking with the Taylor rc fad going on. We're not all made out of money.Absolutely. Put a taylor 35 in it then go 20/54 gearing. 50mph easily and could probably even stretch 21/53 gears for more speed.. taylor 35 is probably the best engine for a hpi5b platform. Hpi5t platform I would go taylor 40gt.
I was joking about building both. Just building one is expensive enough. I am finishing up my Vekta build, so it will be a while before I can build the Baja and get all the parts to make it run.You got more money then me brother lol.
