seriously though i worked it out at 10k then felt sick and swore i didnt wanna know any more

edit; thats just baja/fg related stuff in the last 10 years or so since i got back into the hobby,
hate to think what i've spent over the whole 35 years or so with electric/nitro/ helis etc etc

8yrs of upgrading and fixing my hpi baja sc 4 to 5k and my losi 5t 2.0 2500 + and probably a divorce in the future.

I really don't know but If I were to guess it's about £12k across 2 rigs, but I have 6 engines and multiple spares and wheels which add up.

Maintenance and running costs really do add up over time. I'm averaging $100-$200 per track weekend. Given we get sunny skies and dry dirt all summer that chit is gonna add up!... I also live by my tag 'Race it Til Ya Break it!'

I vistit my hobby shop pretty much weekly, and 9 times out of 10 leave with more than I went in for. For example: runs in to grab some glow plugs, leaves with a twin engine nitro.
