just added the wheelie bar....was'nt straight forward as the wheels rubbed
slightly on the side supports:cursing:
i used stainless button heads to hold the whole thing on
as it will be easier to wipe clean than using cap heads:laugh::laugh::laugh:
using a two wheel wheelie bar in my opinion is better than the one wheel type as it
tends not to try and rear wheel steer like the single wheel one does

I do notice that once my MT starts wheelying - precisely the same W/bar - it gets a bit high. Probably won't backflip, but gives that impression of a tendency!!!
The 8.5k Oddified clutch I have - your recommendation and SUPERB - certainly helps in the wheelie department!!

I agree atom, im recently upgraded to the blue spring made by FG and it wheelies violently. I only got a home made wheelie bar but can still put it on the roof if I don't let go of the throttle when the fronts are in the air.

....just on with the radio tray as i aint happy with it as yet

i was'nt happy with the KPD black alloy radio tray soooo i used some
caustic soda drain cleaned mixed with a little water and hey presto
i was then going to have it red anodised untill i contacted
colour anodising ltd, holland street,radcliffe,Nr manchester,0161 723 2637
they wanted £75 to do this little 6" square plate.....unbeleavable
so its gonna stay silver with a light polish

so now i have my radio plate sorted 
well so i thought:hammer:
i came to fix the radio box to the radio plate and found the 4mm holes in the
plate did'nt match up to the radio box...
like 6mm centre to centre out
so i made a little adaptor plate as i did'nt want to drill a spare set
of holes in the radio plate.....no jaguar logo i usually use and went instead for
the motorcraft one... made in 1.5mm stainless steel...also knocked up
a couple 5mm thick mounting spacers for it again in stainless steel

as i can't fit the battery in the normal position as the radio box is there
the battery fits under the radio plate out of the way:blink:
so to mount the battery i made up a piece of carbon fibre (its a spare side
buffer of a touring car) and a couple of stainless spacers to bring it
off the alloy i recovered the battery pack with shrink wrap to keep
the blue theme

K, .... a serious question!!
There's been much discussion on this Forum recently regarding battery problems, considering the fairly substantial investment in the beast, do you not think it wise to permit easy removal for charging, ... in case of .... ??? :scared::scared::scared:
