And we are so far out in the grass with this one. I like the cable and its failure rate is less than string cords. And being older means more experience z you think this is my first go around with broke pull starts? Yes I do "gentle" slow pulls on choke then a about 2 short yanks and it fires. One failure was I used a lighter to melt the end of the knot by the handle to kinda bind it. I weakend the outter sheath and it pulled through. 2nd failure was not tying a good enough knot. 3rd failure was reusing the cord that I should of changed when I built the new engine. Atleast everything I've done I can tell you why it has happened and also the increased compression needs more thought and double checking how well you tie each knot
