Hey Z you hear that knocking on your door? That would be Mr. Karma and Mr. Murphy. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: Remember Murphys law happens in 3's.
Sorry your having trouble Was the carb tight to the head? Is the spacer still flat and not warped? Do you have a carb you can swap on to see if the problem goes away? Wonder what Mr. Murphy has planned for the 3rd act. Good luck.

Oh and did you try just changing the plug before ripping everything apart.

are you still running that old fuel ??
Kinda lol. I've been running that fuel ever since break in and I've not had any issues.
If a wrist pin came out it would jam the motor??? and the only circlip is the the holding the clutch side bearing for going in to the crank case? it's the coil or a crank bearing fail? did you go narchi or ceramic bearings??‍♂️
Nachi. It kinda sounds similar to when your 34 fekd a crank bearing, maybe a little louder, could you feel play In the crank when the bearing was bad?

Plug is fine, if the plug was bad it wouldnt run period, and it wouldn't be making a strange sound. Head is tight , carb is tight, no spare carb unfortunately. I did reset the carb
