Get the steel one, will get you up and running plus will allow you to double check the mesh etc.
Its worth a go in my eyes.

K so I got the gear in, it's an integy not a rovan (dude on fb flaked out ?). And I put it all back together annnnnddd
It seems like it is fixed. The gear mesh looks good, it doesn't go from tight to loose, and there's no tight spots, seems consistent. So , I think the hostile gears are made wrong, and the center hole is off centered on some of the gears, and that this integy one has the hole centered. I'll get pics of the mesh soon ? just thought I'd update. Time will tell weather that was the issue, but I don't believe the clutch bell is the problem after all . Sorry for all the drama and BS on this thread ?? Doug you can go clean that ? up ?
Hers the mesh

Your welcome.

The nylon in the nuts will probably melt bro.Noticed my header bolt done backed off again ???????????
So a mate if mine in fb suggested that I make a stud, the double nut it and it won't fail. So I did just that, and we will see how it works out ? and no I'm not a cheap ass, I can afford probably 10x of them (have a secret stash of $$) , I would buy the mip kit, but I really do not want to wait for USPS, so I did this , took an hour or 2 . If it fails yet again then mip will be the only answer.

Thinking about it now, your right. But I don't think it's that big of a deal, just a annoying mess in the threads ?The nylon in the nuts will probably melt bro.
Just get some regular (dare I say)nuts. The threads are the nylon so if it melts it will loosen.Thinking about it now, your right. But I don't think it's that big of a deal, just a annoying mess in the threads ?
